The 2013 festival has announced it's headliners: Lisa Haley & the Zydekats
Since beginning in 1995, Lisa Haley & the Zydekats are today the world’s most joyful Americana/Cajun/Zydeco band.
She is charted on Billboard and nominated for the GRAMMY®
Lisa’s newest album, “Joy Ride” is submitted for GRAMMY® 2013.
Her original tunes and Louisiana Bayou, French Celtic, R&B and Jazz rhythms represent Zydeco for Hollywood Bowl Summersounds, Sir George Martin’s film “Rhythm of Life,” GRAMMY® Museum, and festivals in over 20 countries.
With two women in her four-piece band, this fourth-generation fiddler, dancer and vocalist is an adventure sure to make us laugh, cry...
and above all, DANCE!
Among her fans are Keb’Mo’ and Little Richard.
Blue Canyon BoysWinners of the 2008 Telluride Bluegrass festival band contest, Blue Canyon Boys have gone on to perform internationally.
They were selected to represent the United States and bluegrass
music at the 14th annual Rainforest World Music Festival in
Sarawak, Malaysia on the island of Borneo, which has consistently
been rated in the top 25 International Festivals by Songlines
This bluegrass powerhouse consists of Gary Dark on mandolin,
Jason Hicks on guitar, Drew Garre?? on bass, and award-winning
Chris Elliott on banjo.
Blending incredible brother-duet-style vocals and dynamic
instrumental proficiency, this energetic band has created an
infectious brew of hard-driving Colorado bluegrass. With four well
received CDs that have garnered heavy airplay across the country
and around the world, Blue Canyon Boys have quickly become
one of Colorado’s most celebrated bluegrass bands.
Admired as a sly humorist and an innovative guitarist, Chuck Pyle has performed for the Colorado Legislature, on Austin City Limits, and at Bill Gates' home. He's had his songs recorded by John Denver, Chris LeDoux, the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band & Jerry Jeff Walker. He sees what's best about America, writing songs about love lost & love found, forgetful cowboys, heroic highway patrolmen, and brain stems gone "critical".
Joe West is an award winning songwriter and performer based in the international art community of Santa Fe, New Mexico. His music has been described as "theatrical folk music" but is influenced by both country and rock.
Joe has toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe, sharing the stage with the likes of Peter Rowan, Arlo Guthrie, and the Violent Femmes.
